课题组简介
研究内容:
本课题组采用果蝇及小鼠等模式生物,主要研究胶质细胞调控神经发育功能的作用机理,及胶质细胞与神经元互作的详细机制,包括: (1)胶质细胞调控神经退行性疾病病理过程的环节,提供预防诊疗的可能手段与新型思路; (2)参与胶质细胞中囊泡运输的分子,以及其影响神经退化过程的机理; (3)胶质细胞在神经环路中的主要功能,对不同动物行为产生的调节作用。
研究成果展示
本课题组采用果蝇模式生物,研究胶质细胞调控神经发育功能的作用机理,已在PNAS、Sci Adv、Cell Res、Cell Reports、Nat Com等国际期刊发表了一系列的原创性工作。主持参与多项国家自然科学基金与国家重点基础研究发展计划,明确了泛素化修饰通路对胶质细胞分化及神经发育功能的调控作用,获得台法科技奖项,并首次建立果蝇模型明确潜在PD 致病因子aux 在胶质细胞中的功能,为治疗PD 带来新的希望。
